Salcombe Sushi by The Galley Girls
In 2012 we trained in the 'art of sushi making' with Japans very own 'Sushi Queen' - Kaiko. She taught us everything we need to know to prepare our very own fresh 'Salcombe Sushi' using freshly cooked Salcombe lobster & crab, fresh salmon, tuna, prawns, vegetables, wasabi & soy.
We can provide platters of Sushi ideal for canapé evenings, dinner parties and family gatherings. They look fantastic & taste delicious! Each platter will contain a selection of the following types of sushi - maki rolls (seaweed rolls), inside out rolls, nigiri, temari sushi & gunkans with wasabi, soy & pickled ginger. |
